The staff members were incredibly friendly and pleasant. the location is perfect, very close to the metro, making it easy to reach any destination. - Conveniently located near the airports as well as Times Square.

I liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with superfriendly and accommodating staff on reception desk. The food was great and the location was ideal. Also, such main attraction as Clock was 2 miles from this venue.

The room was brand-new with a fridge, coffee/tea making machines and a writing desk.

The rooms here are spacious and newly renovated, the bathrooms are luxurious with a bathtub, and the breakfast offerings include delicious toast, real donuts, and a variety of beverages.

The rich and superb breakfast was included. The staff was accommodating and amazingly kind, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The hotel's location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, near Queensbridge subway with a supermarket and a convenience shop within walking distance...

The room was brand-new and large, it had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and TV.

I really appreciated the convenient location of this hotel and the extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. the breakfast offerings were varied and included toast and a complete meal, catering to everyone's tastes. It's worth noting that the airport is just 10 km away, which is a bonus.

The service was okay.

Honestly the location towards Manhattan, but I must say Parking is horrible. I am a little disappointed by the parking, i was told of parking and i did not get to park at all during my stay at the hontel i had to wait for hours to park on the street. Love the place but really would not stay there again.

The hotel staff on the night shift were accommodating and exceptionally kind. the units were wonderful, neat, with a nice view, and had an extra mattress plus double beds.

Clean room, confortable bed, nice breakfast, great view. Just 1,5 block from the subway that takes you to the Airport or to the city (F line). Arrived with bags after 11pm and had no trouble at all. Little market nearby. Good price for all you get.

Enjoyed the breakfast, butI think there should be someone there to make sure everything is Ok since it gets a little crowded at times. Did not like the Concierge services since they were more about selling you stuff than giving you tourist information you needed. Also I felt a little annoyed about paying US$1/bag left after check-out... not for the price, but I think it's kind of bad taste since you pay the rate that is much more than that and even check-out early. Just think it would be classier not to charge the dolar... don't think they would miss it and people would feel better when leaving.

The cleanliness of the room was above average and the mattress very comfortable. When we returned tired from a very long day in the city the bed was the most relaxing moment.

We thought we would have access to Internet in our rooms, but we didn't with the exception of the first day, and even then it was very-very slow. Also the dining area was so crowded, that we had to grab something with us to the room and leave. Also, it was not particularly clean, as we stepped on crumbs. The location is very convenient but not one where somebody feels like taking a stroll down the street in the evening.

This place served as a great starting point to explore the city, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were diverse and delicious.

Our room was lovely and the hotel is in a great location just one stop from Manhatten perfect for if you are on a budget and can't afford to stay in the city. I also really liked the breakfast which was serverd from 6-9 but you did have to make it down quite early to get the best bagels

The location is great one but if you did have the extra money I would reccommend spending it on stayin in a hotel in the city as it was a bit of a hassle carrying our shopping bags around the city

This hotel is good for is Value. Very close near a Metro station 500meter. We are traveling with a baby 11month the room was very clean. They clean is very good. Breakfast is poor. Flakes, Bagels, Donuts. We mis the eggs, Bacon, Cheese. Also you have a frigde in your room. On the corner of this block you have a 24store. But i still recommended.
